The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects; however, by its very nature, it may, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server response (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.
Such data is processed solely for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information regarding website usage and ensuring its proper functioning and is retained for the periods established by applicable legislation. Such data may also be used to ascertain liability in the event of cybercrimes committed against the website.

Retention Period: Browsing data collected is stored on the servers for a period of 12 months. Personal Data may also be processed for a longer period where an interruption or suspension of the limitation period occurs, justifying an extension of the retention period.
B. Data Voluntarily Provided by the User
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this website entails the processing of the sender’s e-mail address and any other personal data included in the communication for the purpose of properly handling the request.
Such data, voluntarily provided by the sender, are processed in order to respond to requests received.
Purpose: Performance of a contract and management of requests.
Legal Basis: Pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject or performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention Period: Your data will be stored in the Data Controller’s electronic archives and protected by appropriate security measures for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described above, and in any event for the period required by applicable law, after which they will be deleted.

Italy, at the data processing centre of Previmedical S.p.A., a company belonging to the RBHold Group, appointed as Data Processor pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.
AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL AND DATA PROCESSORS
The Data Controller engages Previmedical S.p.A. as Data Processor. Personal Data will be processed exclusively by the personnel and collaborators of the Data Controller and of the entities appointed as Data Processors, in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, relevance and data minimisation in relation to the purposes of collection and subsequent processing.
The Data Controller and the Data Processors implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorised access.
DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS – COMPLAINT TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
Data subjects have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, in the cases provided for by law, access to their Personal Data and the rectification or erasure thereof, restriction of processing, or to object to the processing (Articles 15 et seq. GDPR).
